We offer practical and cost effective solutions to extending existing spaces without the cost of moving. We have been responsible for the survey, design and delivery of a wide range of single and multi-storey extensions including kitchens, bathrooms, lounge/dining rooms and lofts.

CONVERSIONS & NEW BUILDS

We offer a full survey, design and planning service for the conversion and improvement of existing buildings and the creation of new builds. We specialise in loft conversions, garage conversions, outbuildings, efficient internal space planning and change of use.

PLANNING APPLICATIONS

We manage all types of planning applications, including householder, change of use, listed building consent and lawful development certificates. We specialise in sensitive sites such as those within the South Downs National Park and can handle pre-application enquiries on your behalf. Our team prepares all required drawings, design and access statements and acts as your agent throughout, liaising with planning officers to support a smooth process.

BUILDING REGULATIONS

We handle both Full Plans and Building Notice submissions to ensure your project complies with current Building Regulations. Our service includes detailed construction drawings, technical specifications and coordination with local authority or approved inspectors. We manage the process from submission through to final approval, resolving any compliance queries along the way.

TENDER & CONTRACTS

We offer assistance in the preparation and collation of schedules of works, specifications, production information and tender documentation. We can issue documents to tenderers, appoint contractors, administer building contracts and agree the final account.

LISTED & HISTORIC BUILDINGS

Experienced consultants providing assistance with works to listed buildings & historic buildings including the initial measured building surveys; proposed designs; preparation of the required documentation such as heritage statements/design & access statements and listed building consent.
